No, there is no fallacy. Your intellectually inept friend failed to properly explain precisely what it was she/he/it/whatever was doing on the gate and specifically what she was targeting. Their first post made it very clear they were targeting hulks. If they were targeting other ships as well it would have been just as easy to state as such.
Grammar lesson #1: "I sit on gates using a vexor to gank hulks and other killable ships."
